Excellent tour highly recommended - Excellent all round trip highly recommended Very impressive guide - Rich ensured we had a very safe, enjoyable and informative ride. He made sure that the descent was suitable for our abilities, or lack of! The mt wellington start was a real treat, brilliant views - very cold and rich had brought extra warm gear which was essential! The rainforest section and later sections ensured a real variety of views, terrain and history. A great morning out.

Best experience in Tassie! - There had been a big dump of snow overnight and we were excited about it but also concerned we wouldn’t be able to ride from the top. We turned up to check in and our pre measured bikes were labelled and ready to go. As anticipated, the summit was closed so we rode a 10km forest ride from Fern Tree, which was beautiful and it certainly warmed us up! By the time we returned to the van, the summit was open and we headed up there with the masses. The view was glorious. So clear, white and fresh (the temp “felt like” -7 degrees 🥶). The professional decision was made that it was too dangerous to ride due to patches of black ice and heavy traffic. The party of 7 agreed. We drove to a location further down the mountain and enjoyed a guided downhill bush ride all the way back to the office. Our family group of 3 (54, 52 & 17th) was thrilled with the tour and knowledgeable tour-guide, Richard, and very grateful to even see the summit. We’re keen to do it again, next time we visit Tassie.

Amazing bike ride! - Richard was a fantastic guide, enjoyed the information he shared. Unfortunately we were unable to ride down the summit due to road closed to get to summit. Rode longer in Rainforest.

Great Day Riding Down the Summit - Absolutely fantastic day riding from kunanyi/Mt Wellington. Phil was our guide and he was very helpful, patient, knowledgeable and extremely passionate. We were lucky to start the ride from the Summit, then followed the Springs to Cascade trail. Simply breathtaking. This ride is well suited to beginners like myself as it is all downhill! Everything was supplied from the bikes, helmets, hivis and gloves. This was the best day out and my husband and I had an absolutely fantastic day!

Absolute must do! - Beautiful mountain! Incredible panoramic views from the top after a short drive. Then a super fun downhill mountain bike experience begins with a quick stopover at a quaint snack shop. Our guide, was kind, informative & professional with outstanding equipment. We enjoyed our stops and discussions, especially the waterfall in the rainforest. They offer gloves, jackets, and neck warmers if needed at the summit. A very thoughtful and comfortable consideration. Plus, they have fun merchandise to commemorate your trip to Tasmania.

Amazing experience in safe, expert hands - My husband and I cannot recommend this tour enough - one of the highlights of our Tassie trip! It really has it all - stunning scenery, points of interest and story telling that were really engaging and such fun to roll down the mountain for both beginners and experienced riders. We were so well looked after and every need was considered . Would definitely recommend this tour to everyone who visits Hobart!

Good experience - Great experience. Weather did not allow us to do Summit Ride though. So didn't get to experience it all. Still worthwhile as Rich the guide provided good info about the area and mountain biking in general.
