Scenic Trail Ride with Great Bikes and Helpful Staff - Trail is well maintained, bikes are fit for purpose, staff provided a good induction and tips to see and do along the way. Particularly picturesque- my favourite segment was through the sheoak trees with the blanket of brown leaves on the track.

Quality bikes, great service and flexible booking conditions - Efficient on line booking and payment process and options. Willingness for us to cancel original booking (due to weather concerns) and rebook when needed. Good quality bikes and good pre-take off instructions and assistance. Happily use again.

First time Rail Trail. - We were there over the Easter break some many bikes on the track. We had lots of fun stopping at all the little shops on the way. There were plenty of places to stop to go to the loo. We went from Murwillumbah train station hired some bikes they were very accommodating and give you a run down. Very pleased we booked online for the bikes especially over the busy times. We only went 21 kilometres return for our first time. Then we went for lunch to the Mooball pub. Fantastic buggers and chips.

A great way to do the rail trail. - Great staff, friendly and very thorough with their explanation and support. The bikes were in excellent condition and having the venue on site at the rail train was easy. I would highly recommend this company. As for the Rail Trail itself- it is excellent. If you are not a confident rider I would advise doing the trail between Wednesday and Friday outside school holidays when quiet. The verges can be steep in places and it can be nerve wracking passing families with a number of young children who are not so aware.

E-bikes are a wonderful thing - We had a very, very fun time. 2 grandparents, 2 parents, and 2 under 5 years old. The equipment was in very good shape and the e-bikes were very easy to ride. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.

A great day out. Fairly easy ride. - We travelled the rail trail from Murwillumbah to Crabbes Creek and return . Took about 5 hours with lots of photo stops, coffee and lunch stop. Thoroughly enjoyed it although numb bum set in with about 10 klm to go.

A brilliant rail trail that has it all! - Plenty of places along the way to take a spell. The coffee at Hosanna’s is excellent and the baby farm animals and waterslide are cool too. Heath’s Old Wares at Burringbar is one of the best antique emporiums you will see. The Victory Hotel at Mooball is an excellent watering hole with generous sized meals. They even have a swimming pool! All in all the bike riding was easy going as there was plenty of shade over the trail and the e-bikes that we hired took the edge off the effort expended.

Such a great experience!! - We had such a great day. The staff at Better By Bike were friendly and helpful, the bikes were well maintained. We enjoyed the whole day riding and seeing what was on offer along the way. Thank you
