Fishing in the bay offers an exhilarating opportunity to catch Sheepshead, Black Drum, Sandtrout, Whiting, and even SHARKS! Bay fishing excursions mainly focus on the delicious sand trout and whiting, but participants will also have the chance to catch red drum and black drum. Guests are welcome to bring their own equipment if they wish, but Captain Murphy’s will not be liable for it.
Anyone aged 17 and older who wishes to fish must have a valid Texas Saltwater Fishing License. Licenses can be conveniently purchased online by visiting the Texas Parks and Wildlife website and selecting Fishing License.
