We had so much fun... - We had so much fun together, the Banana Boat was a great little excursion we got to enjoy as a family. I highly recommend it, but be sure to take sunglasses as the salt water will get in your eyes & sting a little. Overall 10/10

Lots of fun!!! - Be prepared to get wet or possibly fall in the water/ocean. My family had a blast it was fast and fun.

Worth the price - Lots of fun. Friendly staff. I would recommend it for healthy people who can hang on for a wild ride. I felt very safe since the water was only 4 feet deep.

Best ever! Don’t leave SPI without going! - The staff was amazing! Our Captain was even more Amazing! He took a bunch of pictures of us and even a 42 second video! Great guy! He went above and beyond!

Great experience! - Captain and staff were great! Captain listened and tailored our experience for us! We needed a slower ride for my special needs daughter, and ME!

My kids and teenagers... - My kids and teenagers thought this was the most fun thing we did all week. It’s a real workout. I on the other hand opted to ride in the boat because they kept wanting to go faster. The captain did a great job. Bring goggles and try not swallow the salty water when you fall in.

Banana boat fun! - We arrived about 10 minutes before our scheduled time and were helped right away. They were great about letting us know what to leave behind so it doesn’t get lost and the banana boat ride was so fun! You can go with family or friends it’s fun for all!

Beware!!! Do not go any further, look somewhere else while you still can!! - We were on our honeymoon and planning some fun outings. One of the outtings was canceled due to lack of availability. So we planned other activities instead. Only to find out that the activity we never booked bc we canceled before ever getting off the phone, they charged us for anyway, knowing we were on our honeymoon and on a budget. They promised to have the supervisor listen to the call and refund us our money, as all calls are recorded, only this never happened. When I called back to try and resolve the issue with them before calling my bank they treated me like a person they were only interested in making more money off of by setting up more activities- this continued even after I informed them that we were now home from our honeymoon. They showed zero remorse and zero interest in resolving the issue. I ended up getting my refund of well over $100, but only because I had to go through my bank. Later, on one of the activities, I learned we paid twice what most of the other people who were booked for the very same activity as us. I advise to stay far away from this company unless you just have money to throw away and don’t mind throwing it away! Seriously, it was that bad!!
