Great half day trip. - A great way to meet the famous Kuala Bears and Kangaroos, up close and personal. $30 to have a photo and stroke the Kuala Bears, and you can feed the Kangaroos when walking around the sanctuary. Theres lots of other animals too. Josh, our guide was excellent, and was very informative about all the animals, and was a good and safe driver. He borrowed us some umbrellas as the weather wasnt great, and gave us some food for the Kangaroos.

Fun animal encounter! - I wanted an opportunity to see some Australian animals and this tour was wonderful. Feeding Kangaroos and Wallabies was pretty amazing. I splurged for the social Koala encounter and I’m so glad I did! It was wonderful to be able to pet one. I will treasure my photos of doing so. Sarah, my guide was knowledgeable and fun.

A special experience for animal lovers - Moonlit Sanctuary has some animals on site that are native. There is a short “show” with information (is a good idea for school classes as it also includes some educational work). The kangaroos and wallabies can be fed when they are approaching one. Be sure to go there instead of to a zoo! The sanctuary is relatively pet-friendly.

Just the perfect tour to see the animals without hassles! - This tour is perfect for small groups (we were only 4 people!) and for those who don't want to do a BIG zoo experience. We've been to the large Australian zoos, so we chose this tour because it went to a small sanctuary and we could get up close and personal with the animals. A half day tour was perfect in time for us - just enough time to do what we wanted to do.. Our guide (I forgot his name, but he was moving shortly to Tasmania) was fun and personable and very knowledgeable. The addition to the Brighton Beach Boxes was a nice add on as well!
