• The rental covers all fuel costs.

• The renter is considered the responsible party.

• Renters must be at least 25 years old.

• Drivers must be 21 years or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

• Helmets and goggles are mandatory and will be provided.

• Clients are not permitted to tow the rental vehicle. Departures will be directly from our office.

• Rental vehicles are prohibited from entering Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park.

• It is advisable to bring a packed lunch and snacks.

• All vehicles are equipped with built-in GPS using Polaris Ride Command, ensuring maps are accessible at all times.

• Each driver must provide proof of completing the Utah Education Course. Please visit the Recreation.Utah.Gov website to complete the online course.

• Must be at least 25 years old to rent.
• Must be 21+ years or older, with a valid driver license to drive.
• Children must be 5 years old to be on the ATVs.
• The renter is responsible for up to $3000 in damages should any machine be damaged (Accidental Damage Waiver). Polaris will cover the rest. You can lower that responsibility to $1500 for a $20 “buydown fee” per machine. This will also determine the amount of the hold on your credit card.
