Must do activity while visiting Zion! - We had an amazing canyoning experience with Dawson! He was incredibly professional and made us feel totally comfortable every step of the way. The weather wasn’t ideal, but Dawson was super adaptive—he adjusted the plan without compromising the adventure. His calm and confident approach really helped us relax and enjoy the whole experience. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing and makes it fun no matter the conditions!

Back to back to back… rappels. So fun! - Super fun day. We went on a Saturday and it was just me, my son and the two guides. We didn’t see anyone else canyoneering the whole day. The guides (Macy and Ava) were helpful, friendly, skilled and overall a lot of fun. I’ve done a fair amount of canyoneering and I think one of the things that sets this trip apart from others is how consecutively you get to do repels. Some canyons you will do a rappels and then hike for a mile and then do another rappel. In this canyon, it felt like there were 10 rappels that were almost back to back. I took my 11-year-old son and he crushed it. They also use an ATV to take you to the trailhead and to pick you up, so the amount of time that you actually spend hiking is fairly minimal.

Absolutely Awesome -
Absolutely awesome! Before this trip, I had never been canyoneering or rappelled down a mountain, but by the end of the day, I had rappelled 10 times on this tour alone, and it was nothing short of incredible. Nathan, our guide, was phenomenal. He made everything so easy to understand, even a third grader would feel like an expert by the end. Somehow, he made stepping off the side of a cliff feel totally safe, seriously fun, and 100% doable. And the adrenaline rush? Out of this world. The entire experience was unreal, one of those once in a lifetime experiences I’ll be talking about forever. Whether you’re a complete beginner or just chasing your next thrill, I can’t recommend East Zion Adventures enough. Ask for Nathan, you won’t regret it!

Amazing time with East Zion Adventures - Amazing experience rappelling with Nathan on this trip! Not for the meek, but it was an incredible way to experience slot canyons. We enjoyed it thoroughly despite mud, chill and snow.

Fabulous Canyon Hike - We hiked Stone Hollow with Micah as our guide, which included 10 repells. The canyon was beautiful. Micah was wonderful making sure we were safe while encouraging us to enjoy the experience. He gave us interesting background on the rocks and trees. We loved our hike and our guide.

Perfect canyoneering trip! - This was such an amazing experience with our guide Sam. He was extremely knowledgeable of the area and the canyons we were traveling through. Perfect guidance through what was only our second canyoneering experience (first one was the day before with Sam and Micah which impressed us so much that we simply had to book another day in the canyons) we were able to request Sam and Micah which really sold us on booking that second adventure.
Amazing trip through the canyons and we will absolutely be canyoneering more frequently after this experience!
Sam was fantastic throughout the entire trip, even impressing the other groups in the canyon as he was prepping the repel for us.

10/10! Would do again! - Eric and Sam were amazing! I definitely would recommend this to anyone who’s thought about exploring Zion in a different way. They were both a great hang, knowledge and made it easy for any first timers.
