Monument Valley - Fantastic day driving through monuments at monument valley. The self driving tour audio was great, lots of facts about the area and Navajo history. The tour responded to where we were on the 17 mile drive, and gave clear instructions. It was nice to do at own pace and stop and take pictures when we wanted. Highly recommend but make sure you have high clearance vehicle. Road rough and not for all vehicles as stated in the Navajo park rules. Stunning scenery and well worth the visit.

Worth it! - Very easy to use, to pause, and it follows exactly where you are as you are traveling. What would have been neat would to insert a little authentic Navajo music along with it. Enjoyed using the audio guide.

June 2025 trip. - The trip was great, the only misleading is that tour purchase does NOT give you any entrance tickets, it had to be purchased at the entrance to the Navajo park. To some degree it was a waste of money, the price was almost $ 25 and it gives you very little value, we had to buy tickets regardless, for 3 tickets it was $ 24, so I don't see any point in buying it from this site. The overall trip was great, I would highly recommend it to anybody that wants to see one of the greatest places and views on earth.

Guided tour recommended if you drive through - Outstanding. Highly encourage the guided tour…we went back and watched the movies they suggested. Hey, if you don’t have an SUV or a four wheel drive, you can take a tour with the Navaho peoples on their vehicles. You do have to pay $25 to get in the park, but take the Navaho tour you get it reimbursed. If you drive you will want the audio tour for sure. Be aware. The road through is loose sand and very off-road, not paved. If you are a moderate to experienced driver you won’t have any problem

Great audio, but…. - The audible itself is good. But we ended up booking a guided tour in the end. We rented a sedan and the roads are definitely NOT made for that type of car in mind The nice lady at the ticket booth told us: no paved roads behind visitors center. Would not recommend with your car. You’re going to hit the underside of the car And wow was she right! So when you have a truck or SUV Awesome, do it If not Take a guided tour ☺️
