Thank you, Larry - Wow! This was an incredible experience. Larry was a fabulous tour guide and shared his knowledge of Monument Valley and the Navajo people. Larry was fun, easy to talk to and very kind. We are grateful for the experience and have so much respect for the Native American tribes and their land. This was the best part of our trip

Wonderful experience! Great guide! - #1 wear a supportive bra! It is an extremely bumpy ride. #2 we really enjoyed our guide Jamieson. We learned so much from him about his culture and the land. He also played a beautiful melody on his double flute.

Spectacular scenery and excellent tour. - Jamison was absolutely superb. He had an excellent sense of humor and he joked with us as well as providing excellent information on Navajo history, culture and background data about the Navajo nation, Monument Valley itself, as well as great information about his family, his 4 clans and the area. He is quite an accomplished singer as well as flute player. I would highly recommend him for any future tours.

Monument Valley Tribal Tour - Travis our guide was amazing! He told us stories of his people, his “clan” Dine’. He played 2 flutes and sang us a song while drumming. His driving was excellent! A truly amazing experience. Highly recommend the Tribal sunset tour!

To do absolutely - Monument Valley is perhaps the most beautiful (of all the beautiful things there are) and scenic part of the American West. You can visit it either independently with your own car, or take a guided tour like this. In the first case it is good to keep in mind that you still need a rental car suitable for tackling very dirt roads. The guided tour is instead carried out in vehicles equipped with covered seating, and allows you to reach points in the valley that are not accessible independently with your car. Our guide was Larry, very nice and clear in describing the history of Navajo and the beautiful rocks that characterize the Monument. Experience absolutely recommended.

Guided tour is a must when visiting Monument Valley - We took a sunset tour. Our tour guide Travis from Tribal Tours was amazing! He gave us the back stories of the formations; told us the history of his clan; sang while playing the hand drum; played us songs on a Native American flute; explained the meaning of petroglyphs and still gave us plenty of time to take photos and ask him questions. Not to mention the very special things we got to see that were on restricted roads that only tours can go on. It was definitely a huge enhancement of the self driving tour that we did earlier in the day. The whole adventure was spiritual and enlightening. We absolutely positively give it (especially Travis) our highest recommendation!
