Amazing views, heart-pumping ride up and down, don't miss it! - Cannot describe this tour in words, but I will try! This is a 7-hour tour of the mesa that overlooks Monument Valley - the only place where you can get those photos overlooking all of MV from above. We did the sunset tour, and did not see the sunset due to a major downpour, but I would still this rate this top-notch! Our guide, Ty, was amazing! There were four of us on the tour - my husband and I, the mother of the tour company's owner, and her friend. Ty must have nerves of steel to do this tour with the owner's mom!! The tour length is due to the time it takes to drive up and down the mesa, and the experience feels more like being in a truck commercial than being on a tour! We drove up and down the mesa on what looked like challenging hiking trails - NOT roads - and stopped at viewpoints so breathtaking I thought I might actually be dreaming them. The downpour we experienced during sunset was amazing, and made an otherwise quiet and dark trip back even more exciting, as our "truck commercial" experience had us driving across and through raging rivers on the side of the mesa. Truly an unforgettable experience, likely not for the faint of heart, but worth every single penny and I'd do it again in a heartbeat!

Joseph and Mystery valley - March 10 I with my brother from Lithuania came to beautiful Utah and first tour we had was tour to Mystery valley. Oh my God ! We both were so impressed. By my opinion - to came to Monument valley and don't visit Mystery valley is big mistake which travelers are making. I'm so happy for almost randomly founding that jeep tour. Thanks our wonderful guide Joseph, we saw a lot. Amazing views, beautiful rocks, impressive petroglyphs...Joseph even song for us Navajo song, told about his nation's customs, life style, answered to all our questions. And how's good he drove his jeep by those mud roads ! :) Now we did read about corona virus spread in Navajo reservation and we hope Joseph is healthy and doing well. I with my brother are wishing the best for Him and all Navajo nation and we will never forget that wonderful afternoon . THANKS !

Amazing Time in Mystery Valley!! - My husband and I recently visited Monument Valley where we joined Bobby, of MVT, for a tour of Mystery Valley. We both agree that it was the highlight of our trip!!! The lesser known valley offers dreamy vistas of Monument Valley but also contains a number of sites of its own. We saw pictograms, stone dwellings, as well as other reminants of ancestors past. Bobby was kind enough to provide insight into these sights and his culture as we went along. This is a must-do!!!

Great informative tour - Our tour guide Bobby Atene did a spectular job of helping us understand native American history in general and Navajo culture specifically. We saw a lot of ancient dwellings and petroglyphs. We learned a lot.

Highlight of our Trip - Have you ever been tempted to leave a bad review because something was so special you didn't want to share it to others? 🙂 Well, that's Mystery Canyon for us! But the guided tour is a great way of experiencing and protecting this wonderful place, so we highly recommend it. Our guide, Comasheena Benally, shared stories of the people who lived in the valley -- past and present -- really making it come alive and giving us insight into the culture. We visited amazing ancient sites, enjoyed the beautiful landscape and were very glad she was driving on those roads-not roads....Thank you for treating us to lasting and wonderful memories!

What a wonderful experience! - Ray took us through Mystery Valley, giving us a truly memorable experience. We saw ancient Pueblo ruins we would never have believed. The setting is not at all touristy or exploited, so we felt like we were experiencing in a much more up close and personal way. We learned so much from Ray, about the geology, the ancient people, and the current Navajo people. We highly recommend this tour!

Mystery Valley tour was a good choice - My husband and I really enjoyed this tour - seeing sites that we wouldn't otherwise have known about it. Even saw some wild horses! And our tour guide played her drum and sang for us. We loved it.
