This trail leads to a private access area, a rare privilege for most. The ride promises excitement! An expert guide will ensure everyone’s safety while providing an unforgettable experience. And that’s just the start of the tour! The trail concludes at the entrance of a narrow, distinctive sandstone slot canyon with towering walls. The guide will accompany you into the canyon, assisting over several large boulder sections that are 8-10 feet high*, until it’s time to return to the vehicle. Within the canyon walls, you’ll also discover ancient Native American writings and learn about the formation of these awe-inspiring canyons. After capturing plenty of photos, the group will return to the starting point.
*Please note, participants must be physically capable of climbing over 8-10ft tall boulders. This tour is fairly strenuous. During certain months, there may be standing water in the canyons. In such cases, an alternate route will be taken to ensure guests remain safe and dry. Please come prepared for cold weather.

Amazing Canyoneering experience!! - This trip was amazing and beautiful! We did canyonerring for the first time and I was quite nervous I couldn’t do it because of my strength and being on the shorter side. Our guides, Meagan and Rylie, were fantastic and guided me through every obstacle! They made me feel safe! and so so friendly!!! I would highly recommend this!

Top notch experience - The East Zion Adventures crew was great. They were knowledgeable, kind, very handy with tips and tricks for awesome photo experiences, and not the least safe on the trail. The home base, with its coffee shop combo, is also a nice perk, especially when the activity is planned for early morning.

Amazing! - The views were amazing and the experience was great! Meagan was our tour guide and she was amazing, she did a wonderful job of encouraging and guiding us through the slots. Amazing! - An incredible experience in Zion! Everything was perfectly organized – we felt safe, engaged, and inspired from start to finish. Thrilling Adventure at Crimson Canyon! - John and Adam guided us and we loved every minute — from rugged hikes to hidden spots, it was nonstop excitement. The team helped us plan the best routes and made the whole experience smooth and unforgettable. A must-visit for adventure lovers!

So much fun! - The entire tour was exciting! The UTV was fun, and Tait was a great tour guide. He was personable, very knowledgeable, and took his time with us. He took great care of our mother, which was very appreciated. The slot canyons were stunning, and Tait took practically professional photos of us! We loved it and highly recommend this tour.

Highly recommend!!! - Highly recommend!!!
This was the perfect little adventure! The views are unlike anything I’ve seen. Tour guides were fantastic.
As a solo female traveler, this was a great experience. Tait and Mark were absolutely wonderful guides. Clearly very experienced, they easily talked us through every hand and foothold, how to distribute your weight to get yourself up and over obstacles, and were right there to give you a boost when needed.
Mark has a wealth of knowledge about the land, and great recommendations for other hikes in the area, as well as some fantastic street tacos!
Tait grew up scrambling up and down the canyons and it shows in the ease and confidence in which he navigates them.
Both gentlemen were wonderful guides and even went out of their way to make sure I got some pics of myself in the canyon.
As a side note, pack yourself an extra pair of socks and shoes. We came upon a little water, just below knee level (I’m 5’6”). If this is just one stop in a day of sightseeing, you’ll want those dry socks and shoes when you get back to your car.

Incredible adventure with a fantastic guide - This was an incredible experience! Our guide, John, was amazing. He has a special talent for guiding people through scaling up and down boulders and obstacles with clear, easy to understand instructions.
