Great Experience - This Soweto tour was one of the highlights of my trip to South Africa. My guide, Lindiwe, was very professional. He picked me up on time from the airport, and made sure I got back on time to catch my flight. This company also offers multiple pick-up locations. Lindiwe was super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about the history and culture of Soweto and Johannesburg. I loved how flexible and accommodating he was. He even took amazing photos for me, and taught me a bit of Xhosa! It felt personal, engaging, and authentic. I also felt safe as a solo traveler. Truly excellent service. Highly recommend!

Flexible private tour. Highly recommended - They were really responsive and flexible for a private tour. They accommodated our tight schedule and arranged for the Mandela house to stay open late. Highly recommended. You won’t be disappointed.

Great Soweto tour - We loved our tour with Kgaogelo. She was informative and educated about so many things related to Soweto and SA more generally. We went with our 9, 11, and 14 year-olds. Our walking tours through a Soweto informal settlement and Mandela’s home were particular highlights.

Outstanding tour of Soweto, highly recommended. - An outstanding tour of Soweto with KG, a walking encyclopaedia of South African history generally and Soweto specifically. This tour for our family was extremely informative and timed perfectly. The walk-through a lower class housing area was unexpected and provided an extremely valuable perspective on what life is like in Soweto.
