Good and pleasant stay, close to everything. - Great location close to shops and restaurants downtown., it is ideal finally. Staff is nice and helpful except a young blonde lady from the front desk . , quite unpleasant and unsympathetic , no service to help guests , not a smile , nothing.Looks like people bother her .What does this person do at the front desk? Never seen such a pitiful service , fortunately the other staff members do everything for the best vis-à-vis customer requests. This request tells us that there is no more space in the underground parking but another person intervenes to solve this concern. And,,, here it is , everything was settled in 1 minute only .Should say more than half the places in this parking were well available during our 2 days of stay ....., incredible observation compared to his words in front of us. Otherwise it was a very good stay definitely. Hearty and very varied breakfast , excellent evening meals .., some desserts are too expensive especially for 2 small balls of sorbet and cointreau , paying 14 € is really exaggerated and abused. The restaurant room is beautiful and very spacious , fortunately because there are many people , amazing. The rooms are ok , we chose a superior room but the bathroom had not yet been redone , unlike some others who now have a walk-in shower . There is also a shuttle from the hotel that provides the connection to the thermal baths because the funicular has been in maintenance for 6 weeks. Good service from the hotel ., thank you Philippe
