Nice day trip on coach - It was a very pleasant and relaxed day trip, would definitely recommend. Loved the wine at the end, although you don’t get a proper walkabout the vineyards, I don’t think it’s possible! Beautiful landscape and wine though 😍

Very nice trip with not too much bus time - Very nice trip, fun stops and not too much time spend on the bus. We didn't do the camel ride but you can use the time to visit a little museum, go to the bathroom or drink something. We really liked the Timanfaya stop because of the nice views and the unique landscape. The presentation at the Timanfaya stop is also fun to watch. Last but not least the guide and the driver were very nice and helpfull. Would highly recommend this tour.

Good but not great - Be aware that there isn't much to do in the Timanfaya park - you get to see some geothermal demonstrations (10 minutes) and then spend 30 minutes driving through the park. The views are spectacular, but (contrary to eg Teide on Tenerife) you're not allowed to walk around. The secondary stops were well-chosen and the procedures were typical for this kind of big bus tour (ie 3 stops, 10-30 minutes each). However, at one stop, the guide refused to let us leave the parking lot citing company safety policies. That was nonsense. But the stop wasn't part of the official itinerary, so we can't complain. The guide's narration was much less helpful than just reading Wikipedia.

Great tour for the money - One star down due to organization chaos - they booked me in their system for a different tour. Thankfully the guide was really nice and still took me in. Also they told me they couldn’t arrange a pickup in Puerto del Carmen and had me come down all the way to Arrecife, only for the bus to pick up people from all the stops at Puerto del Carmen… but the tour itself was amazing, we had just enough time to see all the landscape, and the guide was really kind, professional, with a good and interesting commentary throughout the tour. If you hesitate with renting a car, this is the way to see all the nature, without any delays, since buses had a priority everywhere. Overall - definitely would recommend.

Cancelled on me last minute - I booked this tour for just myself (one person) over 2 weeks before the date, just for the operator to cancel on me at 2:00 pm the day before. It’s okay if they’re overbooked and need to cancel, but telling me less than 24 hours before, when I don’t have a chance to book a new tour while I’m on vacation is ridiculous, especially since they have a 24 hour cancellation policy. DO NOT book here
