All right, both the... - All right, both the tour and the explanations in the guide. The food in Garajonay, with typical local dishes, delicious and the cookies we recommended in interpretation center, too.

Lovely day in La Gomera - Great day meeting the Gomera with our great guide Mariana. We ate inside the Garajonay where they made us a sample of Homer whistle. The only bad thing is the spelling of the terrain, many curves but the local driver did very well.A beautiful island

Everything perfect..I can recommend the trip 👍 - A great excursion with a great guide (multilingual) to the wishes of the travelers was received. The driving times were not too long and gave great photo stops.I can recommend this trip

A day trip from Tenerife to La Gomera with Yaiza - We were traveling today with our guide Yaiza. The day trip from Tenerife to La Gomera was super organized. The stops were perfectly matched to the beautiful scenery. Yaiza speaks several languages, so everyone could understand everything. She also explained a lot about the history and the island. She was also super responsive to the guests. Lunch was very delicious (fish, meat and vegetarian). Highly recommended as a family trip (even with toddler).
Thank you very much Yaiza and best regards from Finn 🤩

1 day tour la Gomera - Interesting, tiring excursion. Good discovery of the island of Gomera, we would have liked to have had more time on the last stop in San Sabastian (only 30 minutes) and spend less time during the meal (1h30). Not enough explanations from the guide.

Spectacular scenery - Catamaran sailing was great start to this trip and met by super guide and onto our bus. Guide was amazing speaking 4 languages which although impressive did result in a lot of repetition when giving the island information. Great views and plenty of photo stops. Lunch a bit disappointing but soup and dessert nice, and the Gomeran whistling was impressive. Long day though, 11 hours so pretty tired at the end. Shame it takes so long to get back to our hotel due to number of drop offs. Great day and another one off the bucket list👍

Better go on your own - The island of La Gomera is beautiful. The ferry ride was nice. The driver on the island was fabulous. Everything else was subpar or worse. The guide was unintelligible, even in her native language. She droned on and on at a speed that was too fast and with intonation that was like she thought she was performing for an opera. We wanted to cover our ears because her voice was so grating. Despite everything, we were going to tip her, but she jumped off the bus at the first stop on the return, and left everybody else on the bus with a bus driver who kept crossing the midline and driving erratically. We felt a bit abandoned. We were supposed to arrive at the hotel at 6:30p but ended up getting dropped off in the dark at 7:45pm under an overpass because the driver said he couldn’t get closer. We had been picked up by the same bus earlier in the day, just outside the hotel gate. Strange.
My husband and I certainly hope this was a one-off “oops” by Viator.

€180 Wasted - 2 Adults - Booked for 2 adults, including myself, for a day trip in La Gomera Island day, lunch was also included. Got picked up from special pick up point - bus station and along with other people.
Afterwards, we went towards the Ferry ship.⛴️ We had a normal ticket, which costs around €40 per person, and that's just ONE WAY. So it wasn't VIP or first class whatsoever. Which meant you must go quickly to find space to sit down if they weren't occupied. The travel duration ship is approximately 50 min from Tenerife to La Gomera.
Once we arrived, we got to a mini bus, and our trip began. I personally disliked that our coach, who was speaking to a group of people, sounded like she was high and speaking so slow and talking in different weird tones. Also, trying to put on an American accent when she was speaking in English. However, when she speaks to one singular person, she speaks normally...
We stopped at a restaurant, right on the national park, halfway through our trip. The lunch that we all got as a group didn't satisfy me. Looked like leftover food, and we all had to sit like in the kindergarten. It was awkward because people who had either families or were a couple had to sit next to strangers, silently from time to time.
After an hour of continuing driving, we stopped at a bakery shop and a couple of museums. There was another shop but unfortunately it was unavailable. Bakery lady managed to scam one of us to buy her "last special honey," which at the end of the trip we found out there is exact same special honey of hers was selling else where for WAY less for what we brought for. The funny part was that our coach lady was in for it as well, persuading her people to buy them because they were "special."
At the end of the day, the most interesting part out of this trip was sightseeing, which you'll get only a few stops there and there. Please make sure you DO actually wear something warm. It is absolutely freezing at the top of the La Gomera.

A long day on a coach, going up and down windy , narrow roads - The (early)start to the day was poor; the bus to take us to the central meeting point did not turn up and , although we did get to the port, the ferry was at 9.30, more than 90 minutes after our scheduled pickup. WHY SO EARLY?
Most of the day was spent on the coach, with a 90 min break for lunch. Boring, to put it mildly! Our guide was multi lingual but was so very heavily accented that listening was an effort, and she never stopped talking.
Then we had an hour to waste in San Sebastian when twenty minutes would have been adequate; nothing to do/see.
Because of the timetable, the ferry back was 5.30.
The pre-tour instructions did not make it clear it would be very cool and, quite possibly rainy ( which it was)
All in all, a very disappoibting experience
