Six hours to get away from the world and dream - One, emotion after another thanks to Stefano who introduced us to characteristic corners, little frequented. Time has stopped and we have admired the beauties of creation. Tenerife is a little piece of paradise.

A wonderful Tenerife experience! - Our guide Stefano started our personalized tour with a stop at the San Cristobal cathedral. We continued our tour in Masca, where we stopped for a flavourful lunch at a quaint restaurant. From there, we wound our way to the Teide, where we took in the views and hiked around the volcanic formations. Stefano provided information on the highlights of our itinerary and adapted the route to traffic and weather conditions. We highly recommend this tour!

Masca , Icod and the Orotava - Another great day with Belèn. The road to Masca is beautiful and the small village very typical. Then we went to Icod to see the Drago and we went to the Orotava which is just beautiful with the houses and their typical balconies ,ca is worth a visit . I really recommend this excursion.

Disappointed - The booking first had the date changed then was cancelled without us being informed

Do not book this this company - We were supposed to be picked up at our hotel at 09.30. No one showed up, no contact from the company. I sent several messages and tried calling several times but no one answered. Finally at 10.00 I received a WhatsApp informing me that the tour vehicle had broken down and the tour would be cancelled. They offered to reschedule but we had no time left during our trip to do this. Appalling customer service and a complete waste of our time, especially given that price of the tour isn’t exactly cheap. Their recent Google reviews paint a similar picture with tours being cancelled last minute due to “vehicles breaking down”. I would advise whoever is managing this joke of a company to take a serious look at how they manage their business before it goes bust.
