Nighttime visit to see stars on the teide. - Roberto is an exceptional friendly, friendly and attentive guide. Small group, which makes the experience better, alternating English and Spanish. He explains everything to you so it's very easy to understand. At the end it gives you the free option to take a photo with the stars in the background, a great detail!! 100% recommended.

Experience and Guide 10 - Roberto is an excellent guide, entertaining, didactic and very friendly. Gives you water and chocolates. resolve any doubts or curiosities with patience and detail. I highly recommend this visit an experience of 10 . Thank you so much!! I hope to come back!

Excellent guide! - Excellent guide with a lot of knowledge who makes the effort to explain everything quietly in Spanish and English. He works with small groups and is involved. This is definitely not a tourist trap. At the same time, the guide does add some playful elements to the evening, such as a small photo shoot at the end. Tips: Choose a day with a new moon, because then the stars are much more visible. And wear yourself very warm because it is really cold at night on Mount Teide.

Not worth your time - We attended a stargazing event at Mount Teide scheduled for 21:00, after our observatory visit had been cancelled twice earlier in the week. We selected this experience based on a very positive stargazing tour we attended with the same provider in December 2024, which involved a small group and detailed explanations. This time, the group size exceeded 50 participants (around 15 cars), despite tour descriptions stating a maximum group size of approximately 15. Only three telescopes were available, observation time per person was very short, and most of the evening was spent waiting in queues. The session was conducted simultaneously in Spanish and English, further limiting explanations. There was no introductory briefing about the night sky, and interaction with guides was minimal. Due to the limited engagement, we left the observation area shortly after the start and waited in our car until departure was allowed. The experience did not match the advertised format or our previous experience.
