SUNWING REPS - Tashina & Shaneka sunwing reps at the Ocean Coral Springs are very fine embodiments of ehat are best in this world. Both were the only ones who went out of there way to get us a transfer from the hotel to the airport, being our flight was canceled for sunday Jan 25th rescheduled for Wed Jan 28th. My trip - My experience was excellent! Had a good time, I went to the parties , hung out with new people , everyone was nice and had smiles on their face

Did not receive our refund - I had another review for nexustours in which I detailed the positives about my experience with this company— there were quite a few, my initial review was 5 stars— but my experience since that post has been poor. One of our snorkeling excursions during our vacation had to be rescheduled and eventually cancelled, due to weather and we were reassured that this would be refunded. We even went on to book a different excursion to fill our time because we liked our agent at our resort. We have not received our refund— $240 USD— and have not received communication since they last requested my PayPal and a form of ID. I don’t want anything but my refund, that I was assured I would get. The people at the company are lovely and again, we really liked our agent; it’s just frustrating cause we can’t exactly hop on a plane and dispute in person. I don’t even like leaving bad reviews but I’m at a loss for what else to do.
