The journey will continue leisurely through the Riviera di Ulisse Regional Park, highlighting the coast’s rich history and stunning landscapes. Sperlonga is renowned for its natural caves, including the famous Blue Grotto, where the first swim stop and 30-minute snorkeling session will take place.
- Grotta Azzurra - This stunning bay will be reached after a gentle coastal navigation. The view will be breathtaking, and it’s the perfect time to don masks and fins for a refreshing half-hour swim. Adventurous swimmers can explore the cave with its stalagmites and impressive cliff. The swim will be invigorating due to the cold water flowing from the cliff. Participation in the swim is optional, but highly recommended.

- Santuario della Santissima Trinita - Della Montagna Spaccata - The journey proceeds towards Gaeta, reaching the Montagna Spaccata, a magical site attracting thousands of visitors annually. Here stands the 11th-century Sanctuary of the Holy Trinity, perched on a rock between two cliffs, suspended over the deep blue sea. The view of the cliffs, towering over 80 meters high, descending steeply into the sea, and the natural caves, including the impressive Grotta del Turco, will be unforgettable. After Serapo beach, there is a narrow, long islet resembling a ship, said to be Ulysses’ vessel. The Devil’s Well is a cave with a large hole at its upper end. The second swim stop includes a 30-minute snorkeling session to explore the seabed of the protected marine area of Monte Orlando, promising enchanting scenery.

- Torre Truglia - On the return journey, the route continues westward to showcase the beautiful Torre Truglia, a symbol of Sperlonga, along with the historic center behind it. It’s the perfect moment for an unforgettable photo.

Our journey commences from the sculpture-rich Grotta di Tiberio, portraying the tales of Ulysses. Subsequently, we will traverse the ancient Via Flacca, originating from 187 BC. Along the path, we’ll experience the charm of medieval towers from the 1500s and the beauty of natural caves. The destination of our trip is Gaeta (LT), where the remarkable ‘Montagna Spaccata’ awaits us. The spectacular sights of the Regional park of Ulisse are truly breathtaking. This experience is one-of-a-kind, as I possess a regular permit permitting us access.
- We are at the Port of Sperlonga. With the Truglia Tower behind us, we are on the right side, where you will find our Gazebo with the TICKET OFFICE - TICKETS sign. Warning: we are in a restricted traffic zone (LTZ). We recommend parking either at the “Parking delle Vite”, a private parking located at the entrance of Sperlonga with shuttle service; or at the Public Parking in via dell’Angolo n.23, a 7-minute walk from the boarding point. Delay for scheduled departure at the scheduled time will not be tolerated.
- On request it is possible, for large groups, to organize the tour for more than 12 people up to 100 at the same time using several boats at our disposal or a single larger one. For such large groups, make individual reservations of 15 people (maximum bookable number) in sequence up to the desired number.
- The activity to be carried out is subject to a minimum number of 6 participants. The management may reserve the right to propose an alternative or cancel the reservation if the minimum number of participants is not reached.
- The snorkeling equipment that is shown in some photos is not our property, but is from the summer camp that participates in our excursions. Therefore we will not provide that type of model.
- Not recommended for infants, because of the heat and the many hours on board to spend.
