This Croatian wonder is globally renowned for its magical light, which creates a stunning luminescent blue-silver glow that reflects off the bottom, illuminating everything and everyone inside. It’s an otherworldly place you’ll remember for a lifetime!
- Stiniva Cove - Stiniva Bay is located on the island of Vis. Its unique shape is formed by two beautiful cliffs that “embrace” this intimate bay, making it accessible only by boat. Named the top beach in Europe for 2016 by the Brussels-based Tourism Organization, it is one of the most attractive beaches with its blue-green waters.
- Budikovac Island - This small island on the southeastern side of Vis is inhabited by just one person for most of the year! The presence of two small islands, “Small Budikovac” and “Sanak,” in front of Budikovac Island creates a stunning lagoon, perfect for diving in crystal-clear waters. It’s also popular among non-swimmers, as the island’s flat terrain is ideal for a pleasant walk.
- Hvar - Hvar is a city and port on the island of Hvar, also known as The Sunny Island because it boasts the most hours of sunlight in Europe over the course of a year! But Hvar offers more than just sea and sun. As one of the oldest cities in Croatia, it is rich in cultural monuments and charming Roman alleys that are a joy to explore. You can also enjoy a drink in St. Stephen’s Square. Fun fact: Hvar is home to the oldest theater in Europe. It’s a town beloved by tourists from around the globe!
- Pakleni Islands - The Pakleni Islands are located off the southwest coast of Hvar, very close to Hvar town. From above, they appear as a chain of more than 16 islands stretching almost 10 km. These islands are blessed with beautiful nature, blue lagoons, crystal-clear waters, and hidden beaches waiting to be explored! You can always take a break in some cool bars that are relaxed during the day and lively at night.
