GREAT Tour with Etna! - We had the pleasure of taking a walking tour of Diocletian’s Palace in Split with Etna as our guide, and she was absolutely fantastic. Etna was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough—she brought the history of the palace and the city to life with engaging stories, historical insight, and a genuine passion for the subject. We were traveling with three young children, and she was not only patient but also very warm and friendly with them. She answered every question we had with care and clarity, and her pacing was perfect for our group. The tour was informative without ever feeling rushed or overwhelming. If you’re visiting Split and want to truly appreciate the depth of history behind Diocletian’s Palace, I highly recommend booking a tour with Etna. She made our experience memorable and meaningful. Thank you, Etna!

Exceptional guide and host. - Matt is an exceptional guide. In our many years of travel, we have never met anyone who comes close to Matt's knowledge and ability to connect many different topics for an engaging and insightful experience. He goes above and beyond to make sure his clients have a great experience. In addition, Matt knows many wonderful guides in Croatia and Montenegro. We face Matt our itinerary and points of interest, and he put us in touch with guides in Dubrovnik, Montenegro, and Plitvice lakes (he did a tour of Hvar himself), as well as coordinated all transfers. I first was in touch with Matt a couple years ago, when I wanted to have a tour of Hvar as part of our cruise. When a family member got sick, Matt kept trying to suggest ways for us to still have the tour. While we ended missing that tour, I remembered Matt's effort and reached out when we decided to go back to Croatia for a longer visit. Thanks to Matt, we had a very memorable and well-organized trip.

Outstanding guide for Split and Diocletian's Palace - Matt was an outstanding guide for our tour of Old Town Split and Diocletian's Palace. We learned a lot about the history of the town and of Diocletian's rule, and he took us to all of the best sites. We also peppered Matt with lots of questions related to the history of Croatia - he was very informative! On a separate note - after reserving our tour, Matt volunteered tons of general information related to Split, Dubrovnik, Hvar, Peljesac Penisula, Plitvice Lakes, restaurants, wineries, wine, food, etc. We used many of his suggestions and were very pleased with his choices! I highly recommend Matt as your guide in Croatia!

Diocletian's Palace...the best tour guide ever! - Matt, our tour guide, was amazing. His English is impeccable. He went above and beyond the 'call of duty'. His knowledge of the history of Croatia and Diocletian's Palace was superb. He explained everything very thoroughly. Not once did we feel rushed. I have mobility issues & Matt took that into consideration and we rested whenever possible. He gave me links to places to visit while in Croatia (we've visited a few, and they're spectacular). He provided us with names of tour guides in Montenegro & Mostar...one of which we will be using. I would highly recommend Matt. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. He's very personable & easy to talk to.
