The tour was so much fun! The animals were great and our tour guide, Rachel, was very knowledgeable and friendly. We could tell the staff really connects with the animals and takes great care of them. 10/10, highly recommend, will definitely be going back!!!

My grandson and I really enjoyed everything about the tour. He talked about the porcupines the rest of the day. We did the reptile exabit too and he just loved the hands-on experience. Thank you for a wonderful tour.

staff knowledge and interaction with group. We had a private session with reptiles after regular tour which made it more enjoyable. Staff took their time and answered questions from the entire group. My daughter has even asked if it's possible to volunteer to help!
