Nick was spectacular! He was knowledgeable and fun. He picked up on our personalities and geared his presentation to our interests and allowed us to banter and really engage with the animals. It's obvious he has rapport with the animals and they trust and respect him. His opinion of the animals responding fondly to us was encouraging made us animal lovers even more enthusiastic about this adventure. Hearing about the animals as a species and the individual backgrounds of some of them was so special. We really got to see their personalities and engage with them, we never felt rushed or judged or pressured. It was an amazing visit and we hope to experience it again!
