Ascending to New Heights

The Sea to Sky Gondola in Squamish, Vancouver, had been on my radar for quite some time. As the day drew to a close, we gathered at the Backyard Plaza picnic tables to enjoy a well-deserved meal. Having brought our own food, we avoided the high prices of the Summit Lodge restaurant and instead enjoyed a simple yet satisfying picnic. The fresh alpine air and the camaraderie of my fellow adventurers made the meal all the more enjoyable.
