Bobo, your host, will share insights into the lives of inland Dalmatia’s people, including the preparation of “Soparnik”—traditional pies made with fresh chard, now recognized by UNESCO as a food heritage. Experience traditional dances accompanied by Dalmatian instruments, just as our ancestors did for entertainment.
  Bobo will gladly answer any questions about the lifestyle and demonstrate how people thrived in both prosperous and challenging times. Following an introduction to the history, customs, and architecture of the countryside, the host will guide us in making Soparnik (often referred to as Dalmatian pizza). Enjoy music and dancing until dinner, when you’ll savor roasted mixed meat with spring onion and potatoes, all cooked under the traditional bell.

Our travel agency specializes in organizing trips to a charming 300-year-old farm located in a Dalmatian village. Here, visitors can experience the lifestyle of the past, exploring local customs, traditions, and folklore.

Upon arrival, guests are treated to a tasting of homemade brandies, including grape, walnut, cherry, dill, yellowgrass, and many more.

A highlight of the visit is the preparation of the traditional dish “SOPARNIK,” crafted before your eyes using methods unchanged for six hundred years. Soparnik is recognized by UNESCO as a food heritage, unique to the area you will be visiting.

Guests will also enjoy a traditional dinner featuring a roast with mixed meats and vegetables, salad, ½ liter of wine, and fritters for dessert.
