- Pena-Peck House and Woman’s Exchange of St Augustine - The Historic Pena-Peck House Museum and Gift Shop is one of 35 First Spanish Period buildings in downtown Saint Augustine. It was commissioned by King Ferdinand VI for Juan Estevan de Pena, the Royal Spanish Treasurer.
- Cathedral Basilica of St. Augustine - The Cathedral Basilica of St. Augustine is home to the oldest Christian congregation in the contiguous United States. Constructed between 1793 and 1797 during the Second Spanish Period, this is where the tour discusses the differences between Spanish Colonial and British Colonial beliefs. The tour explains that reconstruction of the Cathedral did not begin until after the British left Saint Augustine.
