This is our meeting location only. There is no office here. Location is in the parking lot of the St. Augustine Yacht Club. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time of your tour for check in with the tour guide and park on the side near the water.

Interactive hands-on ghost hunt - Completely different experience than any other in St. Augustine. This is a hands-on interactive ghost hunt! We really enjoyed the experience!

Ghost Hunting in St. Augustine - Grayson was very professional - reached out and told us exactly where to meet making the process seamless. He provided lots of devices for the groups. Very knowledgeable and entertaining! He brought the group together well and we all had a great time working independently and together.
We made contact with a child who wanted to play volleyball! He made the REM pod illuminate on demand several times in a row. Definitely one of our favorite ghost adventures!

Beyond Expectations! - This is not a ghost tour. This is your opportunity to conduct your own paranormal investigation with all of the tools you’ve seen on tv / YouTube. Grayson was fantastic and patient with the small group and we all got to split off and do our own investigations. Coming into this, I’ve always watched the shows on TV like Ghost Hunters and wondered how real the findings were…well I can tell you myself, it’s real and I never thought I would say that. Using a spirit box and digital recorder, we caught multiple responses and voices on audio, had activity at the same time on our EMF etc. The very next day, Grayson sent us our audio recordings and that’s when I was completely blown away. If you’ve always been skeptical or wanted to try this yourself, this is where you need to go…you may be surprised by what you find! Worth every penny and I will never forget this experience. Thanks Grayson!

Amazing - This experience was great, Grayson was excellent, he made sure we were comfortable with the equipment and that we had a good time. We heard some interesting stuff from the spirit box and met a spirit named James.

Great opportunity if you're serious about investigating but don't have your own equipment. - Our tour was exactly what we were looking for. We'd already been on the history tours in St. Augustine and wanted something different that wasn't going to have a large number of people involved so we could take the investigation seriously and not have background chatter. Grayson showed up with loads of fun equipment and took us to two places where we experienced really good activity. We communicated with a child and a few other voices who came through and answered our questions clearly and specifically. Grayson was very knowledgeable of the equipment and let us use it all. It felt very safe to walk around the areas alone with my husband and our equipment and I loved that Grayson let us do our own thing but was open to answering any questions to those who were experiencing an investigation for the first time. As a side note, he had to cancel our first appointment because of the weather but was so kind and accommodating and even brought us a wonderful gift for our anniversary the next night. Yes, we celebrated our anniversary ghost hunting, ha! We received all of the voice recordings within 2 days, I can't wait to review them! I highly recommend this experience if you're looking for an investigation, not a tour. Thanks, Grayson! We look forward to connecting with you again and your ADI family in Gettysburg. Great time. - This was so much fun. Small group so we got lots of attention and use of equipment. Grayson (sp?) was experienced investigator who taught us about devices and the area. Highly recommend.
