No Refund - I received a call a few hours before the tour that is was cancelled due to a flat tire. We were told we would receive a refund. We had to buy another set of tickets from a different tour. I reached out about the refund in January, received an email stating I should hear something back around 7 days. It is now mid March and have yet to hear anything…. Suppose I am out $234 dollars Would not recommend

It's a Scam, poor everything, never agaiin in my entire life, they Suite was closed , no phones was going through - Worst experience ever! Never again in my life will o have anything to do with Viator or the ghost whatever. Pure scams
