I would recommend. Lots of fun. - Lots of fun. Tiffany was great. So was Hoppy, the horse. Tiffany said its Hoppy, not Happy. Tiffany's a good guide; showed us all the best light displays.

Romantic Carriage Ride - It was romantic and a great way to end the evening. Christmas music was played on the carriage. Norman the horse was beautiful

Most beautiful experience ever! - Beautiful experience! We have birthday party for 6 people, and Old City Carriages was beautiful! They pick up as at the location we stayed in hotel. Guide gave information about the city and history of buildings.

Amazing - We had a great time. Ride was comfortable and relaxing. Great scenery and our tour guide Victor had great stories to keep us entertained.

Excellent experience - The carriage driver was excellent. He was very good at the history of St Augustine. Norman (the horse) was excellent and great with the guests.

Horse Carriage Ride - Our tour guide Aaron, was friendly, Knowledgeable about St. Augustine history and was a great storyteller. Norman the horse knew the way and lived his treats.

We enjoyed our tour... - We enjoyed our tour through the city. Our driver was very knowledgeable and shared so much with us. The horse Norman was a great leader and so sweet!

Terrible service - Terrible service. Book for an hour and he took us only for 35 mins. A true rip off. Do not book with these people. Their are other services out there.

Fraud Company - This company is a fraud. They are not listed in Sunbiz and haven’t been registered as a company since 2014. I booked with them for Thanksgiving evening online and they never showed up. We waited for almost 30 minutes at the meeting location. Another carriage company showed up and I asked if they were the company I was waiting for and she said they weren’t. I told her what happened and she reached out to the other company. Through a text with her, he promised a full refund by Monday. I have yet to get the refund. I have called numerous times, sent texts to their number which is in iPhone and shows delivered and still nothing. Interestingly, it’s MORE expensive to book online than it is to just go to the row of carriages. $180+ online versus $110 cash at the carriages. Stay away. Go with Country Carriages. The pink carriages… We had a great experience with them! Christina saved the day for us.
