• The Ximenez-Fatio House - A beautiful three story coquina stone home who past residence still linger today.

If your goal is to see ghosts, this tour may not be suitable for you. Spotting a ghost during the tour is exceptionally rare. To increase your chances, you would need to stay in a haunted location, which still offers no guarantees. The narrow cobblestone streets, historic homes, and businesses of St. Augustine at night enhance the atmosphere of its ghostly history, providing a unique experience. Our city features many ancient streets, and any personal accidents during the tour due to inappropriate footwear or street conditions are not the responsibility of our tour and will be held harmless.
