All and all with it - Wonderful. A must do when in St Augustine. Tour guides were very good. Lots of great personalities. Ticket window sales is slow going. Need a better system for those who bought on line and did their research. I was third in line and waited 10 minutes which feels like forever. The lady wanted to give me the 5 minute speech, but I told her I did all my homework on line and I wanted my tickets. She said they’re on my phone and gave me stickers for my party. She seemed put out. And it wasn’t a busy day. Hate to see the line then. Both sides of the booth were just as long a wait. But the tour is great. Tour guides were very good and a mix of good personalities. Hoping on and off and your pace was great. Lots of info. The extras like the Fountain of youth was not worth the extra $’s. Since I know it doesn’t work. I was actually older at the end.

Great tour of the city - Truly the best way to see St. Augustine! So easy, educational and fun! By hopping off then getting back on you are sure to get a tour guide which is nice to hear different information. I would highly recommend.

Great Overview of Historic St Augustine! - We thoroughly enjoyed our ride with Pepper on the “Hot Tamale Trolley”. She was a lovely guide, very informative and enthusiastic about touring us around St Augustine. We found out a lot of history that surprised us, especially driving through Lincolnville, and learning how much activity here was here during the Cvil Rights Movement & with Dr. Martin Luther King. This is a perfect way to kick off your stay in St Augustine, as it gives a great overview or the historic old town, and you can then visit points of interest at your leisure.

Nice Day - Hopped on and off a few times. The guides on each trolley were excellent!! The basic ticket gives you entrance to the St. Augustine History Museum but we didn't make it there. There is so much to see and do in town that your time goes quickly. We looked for parking as we rode the trolley and went back to town for dinner. The only thing that might be a problem for some people is that the last trolley is at 4:30.

Good way to get around St. Augustine. - A great way to get around St. Augustine. There were plenty of stops so you were never far from attractions. There was only a short wait for a trolley. Every trolley we were on had a live narration rather than a taped one. The only issue was that it was sometimes hard to understand because of the sound systerm.

Best Way to See Points of Interest - Great way to see the town and choose where you want to get on and off. Would have been more pleasant if the couple behind us had listened to the driver and not talked the entire time so we could hear more of what he was saying. So annoying! The seats are uncomfortable though so I can't really recommend staying on it for the entire drive without getting off.

Good way to get around town - It was a good way to get around town. In several cases the people on the trolly were talking loudly and therefore were unable to hear.
