Big Scam - We booked a 4-hour boat tour with Sun & Fun Water Sports in Malta, hoping for a relaxing trip to see the main lagoons and islands. Instead, the experience was rushed, disorganized, and nothing like what was advertised. The rep at our hotel gave almost no useful information and acted passive-aggressively when asked questions. The tour started late, and the boat was overcrowded with limited seating. After a brief 3-minute stop at one island, we were dropped off at the Blue Lagoon and told to stay there for three hours with no guidance or support. No one mentioned the QR code required to enter the lagoon, and it was packed to the point of being unsafe — slippery rocks, no shade, no proper facilities, and barely room to move. We felt stranded and had to find our own way back via water taxi and ferry, spending another €17.50 on top of the €40 tour. This company is a complete scam. Tourists should be very careful and always double-check what is actually included in any tour in Malta. Definitely not worth the money or the frustration.
