Best Service in Saint Lucia!! - Whitney truly made our trip to St. Lucia spectacular. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of every step of the way.
Our first ride with him wasn’t even scheduled - he was in between trips and still didn’t hesitate to help us out. That alone set the tone for the entire experience. From there, he coordinated all of our transportation seamlessly, from car transfers to boat rides, and was incredibly organized and on top of every reservation.
What really stood out was the level of care and attention to detail. Every ride included thoughtful touches like snacks and beverages, and everything was handled with such professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality.
If you’re looking for a reliable, high-quality service with amazing people and at a better value than what the resorts offer - this is it. We couldn’t recommend Whitney & Golden Ticket more!

Airport Transfers - We used golden ticket for our Airport Transfers both ways. They had very nice cars, professional drivers, and showed up right on time. We even arranged a hike of the Tet Paul trail on the way back to the airport, and they worked with us to be able to do that. Recommend.

Great transfer services - Smooth and comfortable transfers even on winding roads. Our driver Whitney showed up on time for the rides and was really friendly, and we have pleasant conversations. He made a few stops on the way for photo ops. We highly recommend their services.

Best driver ever! - I will always book with this wonderful company! Upon arriving to the airport, our driver Whitney picked us up and was the most friendly and caring driver we have had! We was so informative about the history of St. Lucia. Whitney’s car was spacious, comfortable, and he even had snacks and water for us! We liked him so much that we booked him again for transportation to Ladera AND on a 2 hour trip to the other side of the island to another resort. We stopped along the way and took pictures in great spots and grabbed delicious chocolates. He is truly the best!
We would have totally booked with Whitney for our transportation back to the airport, but we had already booked with another company before we got to the island and we were unable to cancel it (we tried!!).
Book with Whitney if he is available! We will always ask for him on our future trips back to this beautiful country!

Private Transfer from Secrets to UVF - Golden Ticket was awesome and seamless. We traveled with a group of 6 of us but me and my husband needed to leave a day early. I emailed them for rates to the airport and they got back to me immediately. The day of our transfer, our flight was delayed. Emailed them for a new time and it was done with ease. Everything was prompt and easy. Highly recommend!

Recommended for airport transfer - We used Golden Ticket for transfers to and from the airport. Unfortunately I don't remember the names of either of the drivers but both were wonderful. I booked the standard sedan transfer, but both cars were quite luxurious and well maintained. We felt the price was a great value considering the length of the drive, level of service, and type of vehicle.

Excellent airport transfers. - We had the fast pass through the airport and transfers round trip. Swanson was an excellent driver. He was also personable and knowledgable. Everything was smooth and picked up on time. Stopped off at a lookout for photos. Was an easy drive through the mountains up to the resort. Took about an hour and 20 minutes. Really recommend this company. Booking was easy and communication was great. Would definitely use them again.

Wonderful airport transfer - We had a wonderful experience with Swanson on our trip back to the airport leaving St. Lucia! He was very informative and even stopped at a lookout to take our picture! He was responsive and on time and was a great driver! Would book with him anytime!

Devon the Driver!! - Our driver Devon was on time, technically early. He was professional and a great driver. The car was clean and comfortable. He told us a lot about wonderful St Lucia. My wife nor I got carsick. Great experience!

First class service - We had the pleasure of having Whitney drive us for our Airport Transfer! He took us too and from the resort and even with winding roads his car was so smooth. We had cold drinks and snacks ready for us in his car. We learned about his beautiful island and he even stopped at different locations to tell us about the area and take our pictures. First class service.
