Once your Roundtrip Transfer is booked with us, your reservation is confirmed in our system, and a driver is assigned to pick you up and transport you to your hotel or accommodation.

On your arrival day, the driver will be at the airport ahead of time, waiting for your flight to land.

After you pass through customs and immigration and collect your luggage, exit through the white sliding door to the outside and take an immediate right. Look for the grey booth/desk labeled “SLASPA” at the bottom. Provide your name or QR Code, and they will contact your driver from the parking area.

The driver will then come over to meet and greet you and assist with your luggage. Your journey begins once everyone and the luggage are on board. During the drive to your hotel, the driver will highlight key communities and places of interest, and if you wish, make a brief stop for a quick photo. Feel free to tap into his extensive knowledge to answer any questions you may have about the island. Upon arrival at your hotel, the driver will assist you again with your luggage, ensure nothing is left behind, and then depart.
