I'd do it again - This excursion checked all the boxes of what we wanted to do on the island. We experienced the windy roads of St Lucia. The snorkeling was amazing. The volcanic mud baths were very interesting and fun. The waterfall was beautiful. The boat portion of the excursion was fun and entertaining. Skinny Jimmy was a blast to hang out with. We had a great time and we were treated to some beautiful scenery.

A MUST do boat tour! - From the very beginning Kennedy was so friendly and helpful on the beach. He doesn't push people into having tours, he just chats to you. I am vegan and not a strong swimmer but Kennedy had a work around for this. We had a tour with Captain Coco, Jonny be good and Rhianna. They were all so hilariously funny and kind. We had a great time. Lunch at Kennedy’s mum’s house was delightful and such an experience also catering for me being vegan. We did not want our day to end. A definite highlight and MUST do.
All snorkelling equipment provided and even extra float devices for the not so strong swimmers.
Thank you so so much. We can really tell you all love what you do and you make people happy!

LOVED the Land and Sea Tour!! Excellent Excursion!! - Normally we do our research and book an excursion or a tour before leaving home. But after doing the research, including looking at the experiences the tours offered, reading reviews for the tour operators and price comparison, we decided to wait until we arrived at the resort this time. We had read many amazing reviews for Julian's Boat Tours. In one review it mentioned that if you are staying at Sandals Halcyon Saint Lucia to go down to the beach and look for a tour operator named Kennedy. They said he wears a yellow polo shirt and is always right by the restaurant over the water at the resort called Kelly’s Dockside. Sure enough we found him right there the first morning we were there and booked our tour for the next morning. Kennedy is a very friendly, super nice guy. We were picked up by their large, clean and comfortable speed boat right on our beach. Captain CoCo drove the boat like a pro and Johnny B Good was our awesome tour guide who kept us all laughing and having fun while teaching us about their beautiful island. We started the tour going into Marigot Bay and seeing the small fishing villages along the coastline before docking in Soufriere and getting on our shuttle. First stop was the Toraille Waterfall. Absolutely gorgeous in its jungle surroundings. We then made our way to the Mud Bath and Mineral Pool. Fun and refreshing. The next stop was truly a real highlight of the day… Lunch at Mama's house!! Yes, part of the tour was a real, home cooked amazing meal prepared by Kennedys mama. She was so sweet welcoming us to her home and feeding us some of the best food we had on our entire trip. Going to and leaving Mama’s house we experienced the world’s only drive through volcano too. Next we went back to the dock to board the speed boat again and made our way to see the Piton Mountains. Johnny B Good took many pictures of everyone using their cameras and phones and everyone had plenty of opportunities to get photos with no issues. Next stop was right at Sugar Beach at the base of the Pitons where you can relax on the beach or snorkel if you choose. Once we were back on the boat after snorkeling the cooler onboard full of bottles of Piton Beer and a large jug of Rum Punch was opened for us to enjoy on the ride back to the resort. The tour was 6 hours long from start to finish (9am pickup / 3pm drop-off), we felt safe and had fun the entire time. The cost of the tour, buying it from Kennedy on the beach, was $300 for the two of us plus tips for Mama, the shuttle bus driver, Captain Coco and Johnny B Good. Definitely worth every penny for this amazing experience. Once we returned to the resort Kennedy was out there to greet us and to make sure we had a fantastic time. We told him we did and that the best part was meeting his Mama and her home cooking.

Excellent tour!!! - We definitely recommend this tour!! The crew are fabulous!! Skinny Jimmy, Shaggy, Jessie and “Sexy C” are so much fun plus they tell you so much about places you pass by in route to your destinations. I was unsure about booking a tour that wasn’t affiliated with Sandals but this was phenomenal and we had a blast!

Exciting, safe, fun! - Was a little apprehensive on the pick up location and did not have a connection to check with Julian's tours. The folks at the terminal building were very helpful guiding us to the dock to meet the boat. Coco and Johnny Be Good arrived after about 20 minutes and scooped us up to begin our adventures on the beautiful Island of St Lucia. The boat seemed nondescript,
but when we left the Harbour and entered the open sea Captain Coco pushed the throttle forward and gave us confidence in his abilities to handle the boat in the ruff swells.the boat launches off the swells and we raced toward Souffrie to try to stay ahead of other tours who were heading for the same destination . After a exhilarating dash across the island we were deposited in town to find our driver Joy that was our van driver. He safely navigated our van up the volcano road out of town and into the caldera of the volcano.
Our first stop was a picture perfect waterfall that was a great way to experience the natural beauty of this rainforest. After driving by the thermals expelling their noxious gasses, Joy navigated us to the mud baths. Our group got all theo volcanic mud decorations and lowered ourselves into the volcanoes hot baths to wash off.all this fun before a traditional lunch at a great locals house in The mountains. Johnny and Coco and Joy were all friendly and kind and very accommodating to all of us on the tour. I appreciate them sharing their awesome island with us.

Fabulous Day Trip! Best Way to Enjoy the Highlights of This Beautiful Island - We had previously done this trip in 2018 when we were on a cruise and booked to do it again with the same company whilst here on holiday as we had such a great day with them before. We were not disappointed as this time was even better! Julian the owner is a great guy who made sure we were looked after. We sailed from Rodney Bay Marina on a fast and powerful large speedboat. We had Shaggy, Skinny Jimmy, Captain Jesse and sexy C taking care of us, they were all great and we felt safe and well looked after. We sped off to the south of the island, picking up more guests at Castries along the way with Shaggy pointing out all the landmarks. We arrived at the stunning Jalousie (Sugar) beach and had an hour to swim, snorkel and sunbathe - the snorkelling was amazing, we saw so many different types and colours of fish - a good tip is to bring sea shoes.
Next we had a short ride back to Soufriere where we got into taxis and drove to the mud baths, then for a delicious home-cooked lunch at Mama’s house and then had a power shower at the waterfall - all were great. The team took photos of us at every stop with our phones.
I have to say Skinny Jimmy is a real gem - so engaging, funny and warm.. he kept us laughing and entertained all day, even singing to us in the taxi.
The boat ride back was fantastic - Jesse cut the engine where the best view of the Pitons was behind us and we all had photos taken at the front of the boat. then the rum punch and beer was flowing and great tunes playing; a brilliant atmosphere with everyone happy and singing. We also stopped off to view the lovely Marigot Bay from the boat.
Another fantastic trip with these guys - we were sad when it came to an end and we’re so glad we chose them again. If you’re thinking of booking this don’t hesitate! You won’t regret it!

Amazing! - Our day was slightly overcast. We joined the boat at the vendor arcade in Castries. We didn’t know where to park but there is a parking garage called the Conway business center.
The cruise was so pretty. The vibe was very chill. We went to the Toraille waterfall, Sulphur mud baths and Mama’s for lunch. The food was delicious and authentic to the island. Don’t forget to try the lemonade.
We did snorkeling at sugar beach which had beautiful fish and coral reef.
On our way back, our boat make a quick diversion to see pods of at least 50 dolphins swarming to eat. It was amazing!
We totally enjoyed this trip!
