Excellent service and value - Communication was good and our driver, Tyrese, was excellent. Professional service that went without a hitch. He met us, as planned, right as we exited the cruise ship, and met us again at the time we agreed to drive us back. We were able to explore Pigeon Island, walk along the beach and have a swim before enjoying lunch at a beach bar.

Fantastic service - The driver Ted was great with communication letting us know when he would arrive with pictures of where he was parked and also his vehicle. He was on time, very friendly, chatty and polite. We arranged a pick up time and if we wanted earlier we only had to call him. Great service.

Great service - Captain Cliff was waiting for us at the port. Even though there were only two of us the trip still went ahead. At the beach he knew the sunbed attendant who looked after us very well. He returned on time and we would not hesitate to use him again.

Beach shuttle - It was communication, everything was on time, even offered us water! Definitely recommend! Beach was nice. You can also hike in national park

Stunning views and beautiful beaches - The shuttle service was on time and really good communication to ensure we got picked up to and from pigeon island. The national park is worth a visit and the beaches are a must see! We would definitely go again.

Friendly, reliable and knowledgeable shuttle service - Me and my partner were on a cruise with Castries being one of our stops. We wanted a day on the beach but didn’t want to visit a busy beach. After looking at Reviews we chose pigeon island. Cliff met us at the port terminal and dropped us off at the main pigeon beach. We had the option to stay for 2/4 or 6hrs. We stayed until around 2ish and then headed back. Cliff was incredibly friendly and answered lots of questions that we had about St Lucia. Pigeon island was beautiful. Pay the extra ($10) to go in the nature reserve. It has 2 beaches and both are really quiet and beautiful

Great Service , Great Price - Super service from the port to pigeon island, we were only 2 on the shuttle and had a good conversation as we drove along. Definitely worth arriving early at the beach. Easy return as the guy selling beach chairs just called them when we wanted to return. Interesting characters on the beach .. Carlos will chat for ever and the price of a $10 ankle bracelet kept him at bay for the day (but he was a nice guy) … don’t miss Smokey and his rum punch on the beach ..we would use again ..

Little Gem Beach Excursion - Driver Cliff had a big heart. Very great customer service skills. The beach was nice, water clean and refreshing. Don’t be intimidated by vendors trying to sell items and services to you. Felt very safe.. The country is recovering from the tourist Covid famine so things were not as cheap as expected. Bring American dollars and you are charged for umbrellas, lounge chairs and a $1 to use fresh water showers. The bucket of six beers is the best value and there’s a floating bar selling fresh coconut water that adds a hefty amount of rum if that’s your thing. Not a snorkel site. It’s affordable and easy to locate tour guide once you step outside the terminal to the street. Driver is responsible and reliable getting you back to cruise on time!

Beautiful Beach - It was a long ride and I was glad I got the shuttle ride. The beach was very nice, the weather had stirred up the water, no snorkeling. I was happy I could pick my return time. The bathrooms, however, backed up and were closed. .
