- Mellieha - The tour continues past Malta’s largest beach, Mellieha Bay, and into the Ahrax Cave, perfect for capturing stunning photographs. Before crossing the Comino South Channel, the tour cruises by the renowned tourist spot, Coral Cove.
- Comino - As the tour passes Ahrax Point, a clear view of Comino Island emerges. The smallest of the three islands, it spans only 1.4 square miles. The tour circles Comino, revealing high cliffs and enchanting rock formations like the ‘Elephant’s Head.’
- Blue Lagoon - The highlight of the tour, often described by travelers as Paradise on Earth, is the stunning BLUE LAGOON on Comino Island. Enjoy the prime mooring spot and spend time on the boat, away from the crowded beach. Dive, swim, and slide into the crystal-clear turquoise waters. Relax on the upper sun deck or the spacious shaded main deck. If hunger strikes, the onboard cafeteria offers reasonably priced options. While the boat may not be the most modern, it provides all the amenities needed for a day at sea. Use the boat as a base to explore Comino Island, returning as needed for the bar, cafeteria, washrooms, or other facilities. With over 4 hours here, it’s sure to be an unforgettable experience.
- St. Mary’s Tower - Built in 1618 to defend Comino Island, the tour passes by the Santa Maria Tower, one of the few buildings on the island. Known for its role as the Chateau D’If prison in “The Count of Monte Cristo,” this is another picturesque site.
- Hornblower Cruises Malta - The tour returns at 5pm.
- Crystal Lagoon - Cruising through the Comino South Channel, the tour enters the Crystal Lagoon, popular with divers for its deeper waters. This bay is accessible by foot from the Blue Lagoon, where the boat will be moored for 4.5 hours. An 8-minute walk leads to this spot, perfect for snorkeling, swimming, or adventurous cliff jumping. Depending on weather conditions, this site may be visited on the way to Comino or on the return to Malta.
