Sacred Lands Peacock Tour - What attracted us to the tour was having seen, with our grandsons, peacocks occasionally crossing Park St near Jungle Prada. Wanting to see more of these beautiful birds we booked the tour. We were delighted to see the peacocks up close with their babies in tow, but it was the 3rd generation property owner tour guide David that made the afternoon special. He had an in-depth knowledge of the property’s history and was able to share it in a most convivial manner. Bottom line, we highly recommend this tour as it’s very fun, educational, and a great dollar value!

Jungle Prado - Exceptional tour and history of the Tocobaga Native Americans and Spanish explorers. David is very thorough and very knowledgeable of all the areas earthen mounds, tools and implements, and plant life that the hunter gathering people used in their daily lives. Many peacocks, hens and chicks roam the property, as well.

Best part of our vacation by far! Do not miss! - Went on this tour with my teenage daughter and was worried she may not enjoy a historical tour. I was very mistaken! David is wonderful at telling a tale and keeping the group entertained and engaged! There are peacocks and other fun distractions and you learn the history of the area as well which he makes fun and is fascinating! You can tell he loves what he does and it comes out during the tour! I would recommend to adults and families with older children who can appreciate it.

Great Tour! - Wonderful tour! You’re supporting local and supporting a family who has been passionate about horticulture and the preservation of history for three generations. We learned a lot. The stories were interesting and engaging. The lands were beautiful, even post hurricane. 10/10 recommend. I think we will be back with friends to do this again.
