• Corcovado - Christ the Redeemer - Upon reaching the Cosme Velho district, visitors will board a distinctive Swiss cogwheel train that ascends the mountain from its base to near the summit. The final ascent is completed by climbing a flight of stairs to reach the iconic Christ the Redeemer Statue. The view from this vantage point is truly breathtaking, with the Tijuca National Forest sprawling below and a circle of mountains framing the horizon at the far end of Guanabara Bay. After some time to explore and take photos, the descent begins.
• Lapa - From Santa Teresa to Lapa, visitors will find the famous Selaron Steps, a stairway adorned with vibrant tiles. Known for its lively bohemian atmosphere, “Lapa” is the most vibrant area in town, both day and night.
