• Pedra do Telegrafo - This adventure begins with a visit to the peak of Guaratiba Hill and the famous anvil-shaped stone (Pedra do Telégrafo), perfect for capturing photos that will amaze friends and family (rest assured, it’s completely safe).

The journey to this viewpoint, standing at 350 meters (1150 feet) high, takes about 40 to 60 minutes on a moderate trail. It offers breathtaking views of the city’s mountainous coastline and the expansive ocean. The trail is 3.6 kilometers roundtrip (2.2 miles) with an elevation gain of 300 meters (985 feet), taking approximately 1 hour one way.

Following this, the group will hike back along the same trail for about an hour to return to the vehicle. The next stops are Prainha Beach and/or Grumari Beach, where there will be about 45 minutes to unwind at each location. Should the weather not cooperate, an alternative itinerary will be provided after the hike. The journey concludes with a scenic drive along Rio’s coast to the drop-off point.
