Recommend! - The view was breathtaking. There was slight rain and fog but the scenery was still spectacular! Our tour guide was very friendly and enjoyable. We had a lot of laughs on this trip. He took us up a different route that was more scenic. Loved this hike!

Fun! - Probably wasn’t needed but was still fun to meet other people and the guide, Marias, was such a nice guy. The ride was late and we waited for 40 minutes before we were if primed. Total of an hour waiting outside. So that was annoying but the guide was great.

Thank you kent ( I hope I... - Thank you kent ( I hope I spelled it right😅) for a unforgettable trip to the pulpit rock. I've just found the film you talked about, Troll hunter, guess I'll be trying it at some time soon. Loved your jokes and explanations. Also great thanks to all our group members. I hope our road of life cross each other again

Saw some others on... - Saw some others on tripadvisor saying they’re tour guide cancelled, this operator says they travel in all conditions so don’t need to worry about that. The group size was perfect 6 (including me and guide). Our guide was very friendly and funny and so was everyone else on the trip. Very relaxed and would 1000% recommend!

Amazing Pulpit Rock Hike with a Great Guide! - I was so lucky to have perfect weather for this hike—clear skies and stunning views! Although there was still some snow and ice at the top, our guide provided crampons and a sitting mat for changing them, which made the hike much easier and safer. The guide was fantastic—super friendly and knowledgeable. He knew the trail so well that he took us to several breathtaking viewpoints, and we even had a different route on the way back, making the experience even more special. Highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to hike Pulpit Rock!

Really lovely hike even when it was wet and cloudy - It was a fantastic hike. Led by Kent, our lovely tour guide, who was very knowledgeable and pointed out some edible plants and birds along the way and encouraged us to take a slightly more challenging route which was fun. The hike was classed as "moderate" but it was pretty easy for us as a relatively fit young couple.

Best for Experienced Hikers (Only) - This tour has its highlights, but it’s definitely best suited for experienced hikers who are confident navigating challenging terrain. While the views from Pulpit Rock are absolutely breathtaking and the route is stunning, some of the trails were slippery and felt quite risky. The guide is very experienced and clearly an excellent hiker, but there was little to no sympathy for those who struggled at any point during the hike. You follow the guide, there’s not much interaction with them. If you’re not already comfortable with strenuous and potentially hazardous hiking conditions, this might not be the best choice. It’s also worth noting that no food or water is included, so you need to bring your own. While this is mentioned in the exclusions, it’s not very prominently displayed in the description so I missed that, so be sure to prepare ahead of time to avoid going hungry the whole day. There are no shops to buy water from or toilets in the ENTIRE hike, which can last up to 8 hours for a round trip, so please plan accordingly. All in all, this tour is ideal for experienced hikers who don’t need much guidance or support and are looking for a no-frills adventure to enjoy the incredible scenery of Pulpit Rock. For beginners or casual hikers, this might be a bit too demanding.

Recommended for people who don't have to hike - They asked me to cancel suddenly the evening before, even though I had spent 35 hours from Japan. The guide in charge was inconvenient and the others were on vacation. Of course, there is no compensation, and we can't contact them at all after that. Recommended for those who think they don't have to go to Preikestolen.

canceled at the last moment - They canceled the hike the evening before, because they did not have enough participants. While I understand that they need a minimum number of people, the cancellation was way too late.
