A fabulous excursion😍 - We participated in the tour of the 4 valleys with trekking from Imlil. The Omar guide was really super, lunch at the bergero village great, visit to the lovely Arganista women's cooperative! Excellent transfer.

Day trip to Ourika - Arranged a very last minute trip to Ourika with my family including my elderly father and 3 young children. Really appreciated how quickly they accommodated us. Driver was spot on with timings and drove very safely and carefully.

Impeccable - It was a good choice and a nice experience. The driver bus was so friendly and kind, the lunch next to the river was so fantastic and it was tasty. We climbed the mountain to reach the waterfall.

Great experience but room for improvement! - The Ourika Valley is really nice! Recommend hiring a tour guide to take you up to the waterfalls.
We bought our tickets at the ticket office close to our riad, Riad Dar Tmania. We were assisted by Said at the ticket office and he was so nice and hospitable.
Our tour guide and driver however, although they were nice, they lacked leadership skills and tour guide skills. They just dropped us off and did not explain anything. Almost as if we did not have a tour guide. We also wasted a lot of time picking up everyone at different pick up points in the morning. The tour guide also did not show us what the Beber house was…. And he also could have picked a better spot for lunch as the one he picked was not the prettiest.

Good experience - The valley was nice enjoyed our lunch at riverside took so many pictures. Did some shopping. View was great it was bit cold🤣 but survived

Avoid. All messages ignored. We had to book another tour. - I contacted the tour operator the night before we were due to go to say that I was ill but wondered if I could do the trip the following day. I receive no reply. I contacted them again to ask if this was possible. Still no reply. I sent them a third message to say I was extremely disappointe that I did not even receive the courtesy of a reply to any of the messages. Still no response.
I am now having to book another trip, but I will make sure it is not with this tour operator.
