Very nice trip and... - Very nice trip and friendly and helpful staff. I really can recommend this company to see Stockholm on the water.

Very good - Getting the tickets took some time with my confirmation number but the cruise was great. Would have liked to do it again at night.

Royal canal tour - It was a cold day 20 degrees F, we landed up getting the whole boat to just the two of us. It was very good and they had hot chocolate to warm us up.

- Easy 1 hour trip around the canals of Stockholm to Djurgården. Recorded guide playing over a loud speaker so it is not very personal. Still informative. It is included with the Stockholm City pass if you get that so at that price it is worth it.

Just Ok! - Pleasant but brief boat tour around a few of the Stockholm islands. The recorded guide announced it was generated by AI. Tour would be significantly improved by a live guide or recording with information designed for the tour.

Disappointing canal cruise; not a live guide. - The description says there is a live guide. There were 4 workers in the boat yet they played an AI person explaining the sights. We were not able to follow what the “person” was referring to as the boat moved. It was not a good experience. Very disappointed.

Ok, but not what we expected - The good was that they were running in December. The not-so-good boat commentary is ok, but a little sparse. When we came around the island the Captain sped up and water/fog blocked the windows towards the front of the boat. The view across the water to the shore was also blocked for several minutes by a large passenger boat. I’ve been told the Archipelago tour is the one to take.

Djurgården canal cruise - Cruise was scheduled for 4.30pm but departed at 3.30pm and no info received about time change. Very very poor communication

A waste of time and money - This cruise was a total waste of time and money, I'm sorry to say. We were attracted to the cruise because an audio commentary was included - a vital element since, in a strange city, buildings and features are meaningless unless one is given information to tell you what they are. Regrettably, despite turning the audio volume up till it hurt my ears, the racket made by the boat's engines over-rode the commentary to the point where it was it impossible to understand what was being said. My wife had the same experience. She removed her ear plug and dozed for most of the trip. To compound the noise issue, when, in a rare moment the engine was throttled back and audio could be heard, it became obvious that the recording was not synced to the physical location of the boat. Pretty much a disastrous experience and I strongly suggest you find an alternative tour company.
