Saw lots of sights, but without commentary. - We did the round trip in the morning. The sound system only worked in the second half. The driver came up and slammed the roof open, then shut and opened it again. He also drove like a maniac! We tried a second bus in the afternoon. Good driver - no sound system at all, and no explanation or apology.

Choose another company!!! - A worse luck than expected. 3/10 at 2 pm we left Kungsträdgården. The bus driver drove over the pedestrian crossing when the pedestrians had green man. He drove very negligently throughout. We barely understood what he was saying when he called out what the next stop was called. The pre-recorded information with information about Stockholm was even worse than the driver. Choose another company!!!!

- Prices are expensive and crowded in the bus or boat, often without being able to get a seat... to be avoided absolutely.

Terrible audio and insufficient ventilation - Terrible audio quality in the bus - we tried at least 6 different connection points and could not make out a thing that was said because of the static/interference. That’s really the only point of taking a tour like this, to hear about the sites you are seeing - otherwise may as well just walk around not knowing what you’re looking at. Bus was overcrowded (many were standing and didn’t even have the privilege of not being able to listen to the crummy audio) on a hot day and had almost zero ventilation. I understand the lack of air conditioning, but at least if there were windows that could be opened?? Total waste of money. Pick another tour.

Not good sound quality, limited route for money - Horrible sound quality on bus. Mediocre seat comfort too, and competitor has better offer all around with two routes vs one for stromma, and practically same price. However good, friendly personell.

Do Not Waste Your Money on Stromma Hop-On/Hop-Off - They just don't have enough buses. Expect to wait about 45 minutes between buses while the other company has 4-5 buses go by. The drivers are rude and if you ask a question, forget a response. The first bus driver would only roll by the stops so if you weren't standing at the door he would not stop. When you asked where the stop was and he says back there. No one wanted off. Well maybe we didn't know where the stop was supposed to be. That happened to one couple. The second driver didn't speak English at all. The third driver just mumbled the stops so you were not sure if that was the stop you wanted

Driver never showed up - Unfortunately, i am unable to rate this excursion due to my family waiting over an hour for the bus to pick us up only to end with the driver never showing up so we had to make other arrangements to see Stockholm.
