Great experience at the Hop on and Hop off - Complete view of Stockholm in and out from the land and from the water perspective as well. The timeframe included with the ticket is reasonable to attain the objective.

Saw lots of sights, but without commentary. - We did the round trip in the morning. The sound system only worked in the second half. The driver came up and slammed the roof open, then shut and opened it again. He also drove like a maniac! We tried a second bus in the afternoon. Good driver - no sound system at all, and no explanation or apology.

Needed to take a taxi to... - Needed to take a taxi to the city and back. Bus did not go to cruise port Taxi to.Stockholm cost 35 euros. Taxi would not take credit cards I paid a bit over 90 dollars for the bus tour. I ended up staying in the Abba museum area. Did not make it to the boat cruise

1 hour wait at a stop for a bus - We got off at one of the stops and waited an hour for a bus to come back by. 4 buses from Hop on Hop off Red bus came by in the time we waited at this stop. We stood out in the pouring rain since this stop had many passengers for the Stockholm municipal bus which also stopped here and were under the canopy. We called the phone number on our pre paid ticket and was on hold for 12 minutes on international call rate and finally had to hang up. Save yourself a lot of trouble and look for another company.

Not good sound quality, limited route for money - Horrible sound quality on bus. Mediocre seat comfort too, and competitor has better offer all around with two routes vs one for stromma, and practically same price. However good, friendly personell.

Do Not Waste Your Money on Stromma Hop-On/Hop-Off - They just don't have enough buses. Expect to wait about 45 minutes between buses while the other company has 4-5 buses go by. The drivers are rude and if you ask a question, forget a response. The first bus driver would only roll by the stops so if you weren't standing at the door he would not stop. When you asked where the stop was and he says back there. No one wanted off. Well maybe we didn't know where the stop was supposed to be. That happened to one couple. The second driver didn't speak English at all. The third driver just mumbled the stops so you were not sure if that was the stop you wanted

Driver never showed up - Unfortunately, i am unable to rate this excursion due to my family waiting over an hour for the bus to pick us up only to end with the driver never showing up so we had to make other arrangements to see Stockholm.
