The driver will meet the passenger at the airport’s passenger pickup area, hotel reception, or port arrival area. The driver will hold a sign with the passenger’s name and provide a contact number in case the sign is not visible. Additionally, the driver will send the vehicle number and contact information to the passenger in advance. The transfer begins at the airport arrival and concludes at the hotel reception area, or vice versa if starting from the hotel.

We offer private transfers from the airport to the city or from the city to the airport at competitive prices, including complimentary waiting time at the pickup location and a professional chauffeur service. Upon your arrival, the chauffeur will warmly welcome you and guide you to the vehicle. They will assist with your luggage and confirm your destination. Once you are comfortably seated, the chauffeur will drive you to your hotel or chosen destination as planned. The car is equipped with water and a charger for your convenience. If you are visiting Stockholm for the first time and wish to explore, the driver can provide you with some city tour information. We are flexible and, with prior planning, can accommodate changes to your trip without additional charges, subject to availability.
