This is one of the most convenient and enjoyable ways to explore the area, with easy access from Byron Bay, Lennox Head, and Ballina, and ample free parking available on site.

This is a self-guided e-bike rental experience. We offer top-quality Bosch-powered German e-bikes, complete with helmets, locks, panniers, and a comprehensive briefing before you set off. Optional route suggestions and local insights are provided, enabling you to plan your journey while maintaining full independence.

The Northern Rivers Rail Trail is a 24km dedicated, car-free path through the Tweed hinterland, showcasing historic bridges, tunnels, and diverse landscapes. With flexible rental durations of up to 6 hours, you can ride at your own pace, pause for meals, and explore along the way.

Starting from Mooball provides a quieter and more relaxed experience compared to busier access points, making it perfect for couples, families, and solo travelers.

Our fleet features premium German-made FOCUS and KALKHOFF e-bikes, equipped with the latest BOSCH motors and large batteries, specifically designed for the Rail Trail. These bikes come with gel seats and, most importantly, puncture-proof tires.

We provide all the necessary gear, including a high-quality E-Bike (with lights for the tunnel), a GIRO helmet, a lock, and a backpack or pannier. You’re free to explore, knowing that our fully equipped support van and trailer are just a phone call away if you need assistance.

This self-guided experience allows you to travel at your own pace, stopping wherever you like, as long as you return by 4 pm! Enjoy 2 hours of E-Biking and 2-3 hours of dining, drinking, and exploring—it’s pure bliss.
