It is crucial to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if there are any changes to your flight to allow for a seamless booking adjustment. Failure to notify us of a different arrival flight may incur additional charges for a second waiting period, as we will be present for your originally scheduled flight.

Upon arrival at Cancun Airport, a company representative will send you a WhatsApp message with specific details on where to meet. Do not worry, as we will be there even if your flight is delayed.
