It is crucial to inform us at least 12 hours in advance if you change flights, so we can update your reservation without any issues. Failure to notify us of a different flight may incur additional costs for a second wait, as we will be expecting you on the originally scheduled flight.

Upon landing at Cancun Airport, a company representative will send you a WhatsApp message with specific details on where to meet. Rest assured, we will be waiting for you even if your flight is delayed.

When you meet our company representative, they will escort you to your driver and ensure you reach your hotel safely.
