Good company, they give what they say. I definitely recommend it. - Highly recommended, we visit Haut-Koenigsbourg Castle, 1 1 1/2 hour stop, Riquewihr, 2 hour stop, Kaysersberg, 1 hour stop and Colmar, 2 hour stop, gives plenty of time to see everything, we also visit a few more villages, but these in panoramic tour through its streets from the minibus. We were equipped with snacks and drink to eat on the excursion so as not to waste time in restaurants. It is with AUDIOGUIDE on the bus, NOT with in-person guidance. The bus is very narrow and especially in winter, that we are lined with clothes is a little uncomfortable, but then you understand why it is so narrow, it is because it would not pass through some places of the villages, I think it has about 5 rows of seats of two seats on one side and one to the other, the ceiling is glass and so you see better the houses, towers and so on. I find it a VERY GOOD OPTION to see a lot of stress-free sites, they tell you at each stop how long and pick you up at the same place and don't worry about it anymore.

Château du Haut-Kœnigsbourg was a Highlight - Tour.Alsace provided a custom tour for our group of friends during our Viking Christmas Cruise. At the last minute, Viking changed our dock from Breisach to Volgelgrun. Sebastian adjusted and picked us up on time. Our first stop was the Château du Haut-Kœnigsbourg. After we climbed through the layer of fog, the Chateau was amazing! We arrived before the crowds to make it even better. We then stopped in Riquewihr and Colmar. Both cities were very crowded during Christmas market season, but Sebastian dropped us off in convenient locations and provided direction for exploring the cities on our own. We enjoyed a wine tasting in Riquewihr at his recommendation. While driving, we were able to listen to an audio tour with area information. The bus was clean and spacious. I would highly recommend as an alternative to planned riverboat cruise excursions.

Good Freestyle Guided Tour - The castle and 2 out of the 3 villages are not reachable by public bus or trains unless we drive. Most people join local tours to get there. Our mini bus has headphones audio commentaries in many languages. It has an openable top which is really cool when the driver opens it up. This tour is suitable for the Free Spirited. Once you reach each location, the driver/guide will brief you in a minute how long is your self exploration time and where is the meeting point. You will be handed a map with checkpoints highlighted. The bonus for this tour is a free tram ride 40 mins in the last stop. This is very suitable as our legs are tired after walking much in the first 3 locations. The challenge for most people is to get to the main bus station, the meeting point in the morning . As we were staying near the central train station, we could get there using the tram and it is only 5 stops 10-15 mins away. It is a reccomended tour for sure!

By Colmar - ready to call it a day - The first three stops and the recorded history from the headphones were fantastic. The train ride through Colmar was just ok and we were ready to go home after that. The meeting place in Colmar was a little confusing - which side of the hotel? But it all worked out and our guide was a great driver.
